couture cultureThe Couture Culture show was a highlight of this year’s Adelaide Fashion Festival program.

The show, featuring couture and bridal designers including Jaimie Sortino, couture+love+madness, Suzana Lucci, Greta Kate, Caleche, Tiff Manuell and Elizabeth V, saw acclaimed designer Sortino show his ‘Woodland Lights’ collection.

Rich in embellishments, lace and luxe fabrications, the designer favoured a soft palette with pops of navy blue.

An oriental influence was evident in designer Cristina Tridente’s collection for couture + love + madness.

Shades of crimson dominated the collection, which featured hand beaded details and floral prints.

Perhaps the biggest surprise package of the show was Tiff Manuell.

The accessories designer best known for her unique bag designs, revealed her first apparel range.

Short, boxy shapes and floor-length gowns incorporated Manuell’s playful signature neon accents.
